That translation is awful. I said this before. I am saying it because I know what he is actually saying. Whoever tried to translate it obviously has an even worse grasp of Jap vocab and expressions than I do.

First of all, there is no "sons", there is a son and for some reason he became two people. Zeref calls Larcade his son, meaning that August and him are one and the same. Second, "curse babies" don't exist. Zeref and Mavis did the deed, I don't care how uncomfortable this makes some of you...

Natsu is very much going "hurr durr he's your ally". He tells Zeref to quit it twice, though shows no particular reaction at finding out he has a nephew.

Zeref and Mavis were not married, thus she is not officially part of the family tree. So it's still 3 Dragneels. Mavis and Zeref are around the same age physically. Mavis is around 14 while Zeref is 15 or so. That said, they did mature a bit since they were cursed. Zeref appears to be taller and more muscular while Mavis is err more well rounded.
