I don't think that he cut off his head because he is still under the Illusion effects...I mean he has his arm...but who says that Aizen is standing up??...he prolly could be stabbing him sideways...or crouching or something...don't know if that makes...

But in Regards to the People affected by Aizen's Shikai...Aren't all Captains/Vice-Captains automatically induced into the Illusions as aren't all of the required to show their powers or something...I can't remember where...
