I'd like to see Kawada because of his oneshot last year and Shun Numa because Samon bias. Maybe Naoshi will have a "Hey, I'm alive, again" oneshot :derp . Maybe some of the 2017/2018 batch could come back, could have a substantially better run than they did their first go round (See Gondaira).

SKET Dance and Assassination Classroom are my favorite series from their respective decades, personally couldn't have had the first batch of the year any better than this. A big IF, but Matsui has a chance to be one of the few authors with hits from three different decades in the magazine.

That would probably be during Kurogane, since that was when it ran with Medaka. Not sure about what he said but it was something about axing Medaka, no? Mononofu began two years after Medaka ended.

When Kochikame and Isobe were both running, I remember Kochikame being more of a gatekeeper and Isobe being more of a true bottom. It also took a year for Isobe to be a full Bottom 5 dweller. They ranked it more like a normal series in the middle/upper middle in 2014.

I'm inclined to suddenly start compiling Magu's catchphrases for some odd reason. For Honomieru, as usual, Matsura doesn't miss with his art. And I actually got through a whole 50 page chapter 1 without feeling exhausted. Though, like always, we'll see how it goes from here.

Good and cute oneshot, I see why alot of people were supporting it. Though much like his other oneshot Parasol Alliance, I wonder how it would be done as a series (If he is in fact getting serialized with this).

I'm not COMPLETELY sure from December to August, but from 2016 - 2019, there were more or less 10 series per year (2019 had 11, iirc). This year, even not including Burn the Witch, there have been 12 series that have debuted. So, I would say it is if not more.
