Hiyori Iki is a human that gains the ability to leave her body, becoming a half-Ayakashi.


Waifu qualities:

• She's a pure soul.

Yes, Hiyori isn't the hot type like my rival's nominee but she is a beautiful kind-hearted girl. She helps anyone in need risking her own life to do so. She's innocent and cheerful but can be very mature when needed.
She's not lady-like at all. She is a fan of Wrestling and her signature move in the manga is copied from Tono, her favourite Wrestler, the famous JUNGLE SAVATEEEEEEEEE!

In the first episode, Hiyori risks her life to save Yato from being hit by a bus. In the end, she was the one who ended up in the hospital.
After that, she kept risking her life several times, being it to save Yato and Yukine or even strangers.
But, unlike other shonen heroines, she doesn't agree with Yato all the time. She disagreed with his views several times, and decided to do her own thing.

Hiyori is only a human, she doesn't have OP powers like the Gods or Regalias, the only thing she can do is leave her body which allows her to have more physical strenght and be faster. But that's all. Despite that, she uses the little power she has to the fullest. She doesn't rely on Yato too much and, inspired by her favourite Wrestler motto, she decided that she has to do what she needs to do by her own hands. Despite being weaker compared to other characters she never gave her back to a fight, even when she could have just relied on Yato and Yukine and, believe me, she looks really hyped about it. ´
Hiyori doesn't waste her potential, she always give her all and thanks to that, she was able to save both Yato and Yukine on several occasions.

• She's really supportive and sweet.

As charming as he is, let's be real, Yato is a troublemaker. Any girl in the world would be fed up with him by now. Yet Hiyori always supports and cheers him up. She beats him up and puts him back on track whenever he is being his usual irresponsible self but she never left his side and does her best to make him, Yukine and everyone she loves happy.

Oh boy,i'm sorry to disappoint already i hardly get salty with anything actually.
Having said that,you made a nice introduction Post for your Character,quite educating even for People that do not follow the Series she's from.

Well i did toy with the thought to be honest,but then i realized that there are times when a Man has to do what a Man's gotta do...
I'm just gonna keep on going like i did before,maybe this way her Character gets acknowledged to some extent...no not her Character...Her Qualities as a Waifu.

Who is Fubuki?
Fubuki is the Top Hero of Class B,Leader of the Fubuki Group,Younger Sister of the Rank 2 Class S Hero Tatsumaki and last but not least an Esper.
Her Status as an Esper implies that she has Psychic Powers,though not nearly as strong as her Sister Tatsumaki she is fairly powerful in her own Right as the following Panels show:

What makes Fubuki qualify as a Waifu for me?
If This was the Fubuki who we met around Chapter 43 in the Manga then yeah,fair enough,she would not qualify as such even for me.
But Fubuki changed a lot after she met and got closer with Saitama and Genos,the first time she met the former she tried recruiting him to her Fubuki Group ensuring him a Top Rank in Class B and always something to work on for him so he'd never lose interest in the Job nor have nothing to live on which to me implies that she did care to an extent about her Subordinates but not as much as she does now to which i am getting soon.

When Saitama turns her down she gets furious and angrily attacks him,before that she has 2 of her Henchman attack him which he swiftly finishes off.
As both she and Saitama clash with each other,the latter "educates" Fubuki on what it means to be a Hero and that instead of just relying on her Fubuki Group to do some Jobs and protect her she should try to do things on her own if she has to as well and protect People even if her Group were to fall which she herself admittedly does not want to happen in the least but hadn't realized about it at the beginning.

She is probably a Blank Page to most Anime Fans and really gets the most and in my opinion best Spotlight in the Manga,where she is one of the most reappearing Characters after her Introduction which is saying a lot for a Character from OPM where most Characters are not necessarily meant to be stuck to our minds,since it is mostly dependend on its Comedial Aspects and balances that well with its Action Sequences.

As a Hero she has made it her Duty to protect People in need and fear,care for others around her,care for her subordinates,look out for her elder sister whom she harbored a strong inferiority complex towards for sometime.
She used to be afraid of her Sister and didn't care for her Subordinates but that changed a lot after meeting Saitama she now cares for her Subordinates,enough to bleed for,enough to stand up to her Sister, enough to ask for their well being.

If she had a Husband she would make sure to look out for him and protect him,stay by his side no matter how big the struggles he may face off with are,make him be the best he can possibly be,motivate him,support him as she does with the Fubuki Group and other aspiring Class B Heroes.

She is by no means perfect,and she doesn't have to be either.
Sure it would be a pleasure to say "She is the best Waifu,she can take care of Kids,can easily manage a Family etc." but that is not something every Women on Earth is just ready for when we Men ask for it.
Those are Things a Women has to grow into,learn of,experience first before she can essentially prove herself as such.

Fubuki is willing to learn,she proved that by changing her mindset after Saitama's Speech.
Fubuki is lively,energetic,ready to jump into Action if there is need for it ready to protect the People she swore to protect and ready to protect the ones she cares for.

I can't give more than why i see her as a good Waifu,i recommend getting into One Punch Man and experiencing her for yourselves,if there is no motivation for that then i can't help it as much as i'd wish for it.

As i said before,she is my Serious Series: Serious Punch For this Event!

As someone who reads both series, I say Hiyori is a far better character and waifu. Fubuki has her looks going for her, otherwise there isn't really all that much...

I don't think any campaign could make me change my vote, so Hiyori has my support.
