EDIT: Only if Gajeel can find a way past his defense.....because on pure strength I dont rate Madmole that high.

I view Jellal as stronger but Madmole wins by simply outlasting him. Jellal has no feats that puts his offense on or above FDK Natsu tier and that's where Madmole's durability operates at.
