#6. Any tweet, specially japanese, about news, update or some interesting thing about the magazine or series has to come with a text of what that tweet means and also be on topic, if not it's going to be either deleted or i will edit the post.
#7. Refrain from self advertising or advertising Youtubers videos in the comments.
#8. Constant fanart posts just for the sake of praising a favorite series is prohibited, this rule doesn't apply for official art by Jump artists posted on social media, they're fine to post.
#9. Don't discuss or hype chapter spoilers before Sunday release, only comment if is related to a series surviving status and do it only inside the spoiler tag.
#10. Regarding rule #9, an exception will be made for when we have new series, in this case, spoilers will be allowed only for the first 3 chapters of a new series for the users who are interested in knowing informations and details about the new series, these spoilers will obviously be kept under tags to protect anyone that doesn't want to be spoiled, so don't worry about it.

Excellent issue! Almost everything was great. Of course HxH will be my first for the next ten weeks. And this UD chapter wow!
Hima-Ten! was overall a good series. 8/10. Very happy with this conclusion.
New series this year are phenomenal btw, HF, CM & Class 2-B are greaaaat! Same for Roku & AS, so fun.
Hyped for tomorrow.

Nah, I actually don't see tweets from you. Actually, I rarely gets"news" type leaks, I don't see tweets from many leakers who leak magazine news or anime related news and stuff. Most of the leaks I see are purely manga pages unfortunately. I'd gladly swap the type of leaks I see! I'd rather know about upcoming series or anime being green lit etc rather than straight up upcoming pages and chapters of series I already follow, lol. (I mean I'd rather see neither, but still)

Likewise, I do believe drawn to the flames only got a color page because Roku and 2B have been successful and getting color pages. Saito likely didn’t want to doom drawn the flames before it comes out so to give it a fair measure he gave

Ah. I never put much stock into it, because that account is also following a very political account. I think it’s just the admin following what they want to follow. (Also it started following around volume 1’s release, that’s wayy too early for that to be decided)
But one could hope! I’m still pretty confident in Kiyoshi getting an anime, just in 8-12 months from now, probably right around it ending. And trigger would be a fun studio that would put more eyes on it.

Issue 31 2026:

1. Nue's Exorcist: Pure. Unfiltered. HYPE. The motion conveyed here is beautiful and bombastic as all hell, from the spread clash, to the summoning of the Tiger from Nue's HW (we'll get into that as well by the way), Kasha's brazen use of corpses indicating how disrespectful to life itself he is, the way Nue cuts them all down, the reveal of the operating unit- god it's all so, goddamn COOL!!
But besides the hype, we now know what Nue meant some chapters ago with "I fully intend to keep counting on you.". It wasn't a lie, through her taking back her power, she now holds the result of Gakuro's struggles and pain. The Warrior's Path he chose is what lets Nue stand any shadow of a chance against Kasha, the strongest spirit of possibly all time. She can pierce the Dragon King's bones, destroy Hall Of Purgatory's terminal, see victory as a possibility, only due to Gakuro. So while she relieved him of his duty as her vessel, she is making damn sure Kasha's not going to disrespect her greatest warrior. It really puts into perspective just how precious the relationship between her and Gakuro is, in spite of being built upon brutal battles and training. It's mutual trust, acknowledgement, respect and affection. Which is why seeing them separate like this hurts still, and is what ultimately does Nue in... Even with Captains around to fight. Hell yes, PLEASE. While I like how Kota handles the presence of Captains in the story, it is HIGH time we see them go all out in a PROPER battle. No training or test bullshit, just pure, all out fighting- and HELLO, A PRINCESS CARRY BOOB SQUISH HUH SHIMAKI PLEASE- ahem.
Kasha's such a great villain, man, he feels so unbeatable even with the greatest fighting forces of the series goung after him back to back. It really makes you wonder... How will Gakuro end up defeating him? Just how ungodly powerful will his true Soul Armor be? And will the girls power up to match? I sure hope so, I miss them...
Now, to end things off, I want to talk about a theory I've seen once and could not stop thinking about for a while: the Cardinal Beast Theory, based around the idea that each Hyo represents a member of the aforementioned chinese creatures, and I see it more and more.

White Tiger (Nue): The most combatitive of the beasts. Called forth to repel evil spirits.

Azure Dragon (Soranaki): Champion of Growth and Renwal.

Change is the whole point of Soranaki, so growing and renwing himself into Tomonaki at the end. I say it checks out.

Vermillion Bird (Suzaku): Endless death and rebirth. Associated with Passion and often mistaken for Feng Huang, symbol of the empress, which isn't inherently fire related.

The rebirth part is questionable, but the passion for her family amd the fact that she kept her fire abilities away in favour of ice is perfect for the Feng Huang connection, especially with the Empress part. I still say Kawae's following lore.

Black Tortoise (Kurikara): Also referred to as the Dark Warrior, and it shares a name with a Chinese god of War. It is also said it became immortal and ripped out its own intestines and stomach, which became the turtle and snake that make up the Black Tortoise.

The self mutilation thing COULD be loosely be referenced with Kasha's absorption of Kurikara, but the thing I am most focused on is the "God of War" part, that HAS to be intentional.

Yellow Dragon (Kasha): Associated with the
Emperor, and rules over all.

Kasha's literally striving for world domination and has directly called himself "Ruler of the Hyo".

Which leaves the question- where does Gashadokuro fit into it? That's the question we'll be tackling after this arc I feel... 11/10.

2. Hal Formula: Without a doubt, the BEST chapter of the series so far. The way Terasaka made us feel about such a simple thing as "You must be able to drive as well as you can see the road" is so impressive, Kyogoku is an incredibly charismatic mentor-like figure. Besides that, I am very happy that Miharu did NOT win the race. It shows that there are consequences to his inexperience with his new view of the road, and he needs to master it to even get out of F4. And the frustration of 3rd place? Yessir!

3. Animal Signal: I have yet to praise this aspect of the series so I'll do it here: if you like fun animal facts like Tsubasa, it is very rewarding to read, or even if you like finding the clues like Kokone does, and solve the puzzle on your own before reading the answer. All this is perfectly mixed with the natural cuteness of the chapter, with maid Kokone especially as well as Kusano being hot AND defeated with what was introduced at the start (a very nice story composition, and you get a very good chapter! Bravo!

4. Ichi The Witch: It's good that we are exploring at least SOME character's perspective post brainwash healing. It's frustrating, feeling like you were helpless and downright detrimental. Mind control like this is a very scary concept for that reason- you are not in, well, control! It's not something more power can fix- in fact, it would just make it worse. Ibtroducing this pact at the end is a nice way to make Tricaputo the new likely focus of the big fight this arc too.

5. Class 2B Hero Destroyerz: Mogura's actual spring to action was pretty cool, as well as his speech. In fact, the whole chapter is the most solid the action has been, as well as the most rewarding, it feels like the cast is truly learning something here.

6. Roku's House Of Oddities: The introduction of HOSTILE curses expands the possibilities for the series a lot, and yes, Johan is really cool.

7. Someone Hertz: Cute.

8. Cannon Master: The art remains solid as always, but the possibility that Ur will already be able to control his power enough, or circumvent it already, just puts a damp cloth over any real excitement. So far this series has just been an art showcase.

9. Kinato's Magic: It's a nice way to tie in the dance into the final battle of the arc, as well as a way to put the cherry on top of Kinato's and Terasu's relationship. Solid showing.

10. Under Doctor: Take what I said last week and apply it here.

11 Drawn To The Fire: We do not need an explanation of "screening", thank you. The actual sport aspect of the series just BLOWS.

Don't know if this was posted or it's even true but with how much Mappa is trying to hog all the popular IPs, (they're doing the persona 4 remake 2d cutscenes btw) i can see MAPPA being one of the bidders.

They really should have made people leave the venue and re queue for every panels. Or just have a reservation system for each panels. Imagine those people hogging spots and deprive the actual fans of the preceding panels...

Not gonna lie, it is only getting worse. Just imagine if some other anime gets to overshadow Kagurabachi during the season or if it doesn't get the boost its fans want it to have and we will have chaos.
