Right. So this is a bit of a shame, since this employee was particularly useful to our chain. Rather than hiring new staff who need to be paid wages and have their worker rights respected and such and so, it would have been wonderful to just respawn undead workers. We even had a whole concept based around ancient McDo workers of yore serving in our restaurants, so you could have that old school feel. Two birds, one stone. Unfortunately, we now have just one dead bird.

Alright, everyone, please adjust your availability. Everyone will have to cover extra shifts to make up for our McStaff shortage. I'm going to talk with HR to discuss how to solve this issue. I bet those Burger Rats are SALIVATING at the thought of our undead workers being unemployed. The Onion Ring Brigade (ORB) is still lurking around our fry stations when really we should be using them as mincemeat for our Big Macs. Alright, the restaurant is closed for today. Come back fresh tomorrow to clock in again.

It's a happy McMorning to us all, except for Holtish. You see, we hired extra security against the Burger Rats, but I didn't think they would be sneaky enough to actually jump one of us at night... Normally, you'd fill in an incident report, as a normal employee would, and I would do my best to ignore it, as a star manager should. But this time, obviously, that is going to be difficult. Since he died and all. How am I going to explain this? Maybe we can use the hysteria to attract more customers? Like, "solve this McMurder mystery and win 20 nuggies"?

Anyway, bravery aside, now someone is going to have to take over his shift. Awfully inconvenient for me since I now have to shuffle around staff scheduling. Thanks to his noble sacrifice, someone else gets to nobly sacrifice themselves and their free time. I'm serious, I do not want to see a single Burger Rat roam these sacred pews. While wiping down the tables, refilling the nuggy machine and frenching those fries, I want all eyes peeled for suspicious activity.
