The new One Piece God Valley movie will include many ideas that Oda did not have enough time to explore in the manga.

The movie will also feature additional material that did not appear in the manga, but since it comes directly from Oda, it will be considered official.

The movie is set to hit theaters between July and September 2027.

I wonder if it will basically be the Rocks flashback post the initial Harald stuff. If its told from Rocks perspective it would have a full narrative arc that works for a movie better than the way DS movie went. I'm hoping for something more of a Chainsaw man movie where its a very well contained arc that can do well as its own stand alone movie.

One huge thing here for me is - will this be the first One Piece movie where the SHs are not really in it. Feels strange to have an OP movie without them.

So basically by "official" they mean it is going to be canon? Even more reason to go see it.

Damn, 2027 is going to be an awesome One Piece year. Live Action Season 3. God Valley movie that is likely canon and not to mention probably the next Arc in the manga.

Yeah, I think it feels pretty given, that it'll be the flashback mostly as-is, but with Loki/Harald stuff minimized out, and some new small things added in.

I saw on twitter, someone said the official title is "Boyd And A Devil". Not sure, if this is true or not....

With GV we might get to see more about Xebec's time as a king before he became a pirate maybe even see that admiral he took down. More time with guys like Gin the Wicked ,Captain John and maybe even Oda will remember Bogaurd was there .

As for BaaD if it is canon then I don't think it's going to be about Blackbeard's backstory or the will of D. As if it were that he probably want to put it in the manga first and we'd be reading it right now.
But if it is canon and about BB then maybe the Rocky Port incident this way it would serve as a direct sequel to GV.
If it's non-cannon (which I think) then I'd say let it be about Garp like Red was about Shanks.
But that's just my two cents to all this.

I already predicted this given, how box office anime movies have been…Predicted n Hoped, it was very likely to happen..This guarantee’s for me now the Void Century Flashback is going to be a movie for sure.
