This is where you can post and discuss the spoilers for the next chapter of Mokushiroku no Yonkishi.
I don't think that's too much of a distinction. It's not that uncommon for normal/basic magic in the story to work like curses. The most obvious example is Anne's which weights you down when you lie in front of her. And greyroad's magic was a bunch of random curses (some of which were meant to trigger his commandment). King's disaster can inflict disease on people though he does it at will and not often (in fact, just once). Graces do more than individual commandments but they are also a greater chunk of a god's power. I'd note than when Mael started collecting commandments his power not only increased but also gained weapons and magic abilities related to them. They aren't the same. Commandments are like Curses. Graces work like basic magic with additional properties like resurrection.
That was a dream, so not his inner world?Hmm... not sure if it means anything, it could just be a style choice but when Lancelot fell asleep and went into his own subconcious the inner landscape was shaped like the LotL's realm.
We haven't seen Lancelot sleep a whole lot in the manga, one moment that comes to mind tho is the dream he had of adult Guinevere in her bride dress. The landscape there however was completely normal.
Is not only Cath's but also the Lady's grasp on Lancelot becoming stronger?
What I meant to say is that they were weakened in their astral forms , the supreme deity just like her clan sacrificed her body to seal away the demon clan including the demon king , the 7DS in the movie were basically fighting her astral form because she lost her body.Ludociel and the other Archangels weren't weakened. They didn't have enough strength to leave their relics and needed hosts. Once Ludociel, Sariel and Tarmiel fully incarnated they were able to use their full power. The SD had her own body so there is no reason to believe that she was weakened.
you dont even gotta use this q/a 325 literally answers this question plus we have data book info alsoWhat I meant to say is that they were weakened in their astral forms , the supreme deity just like her clan sacrificed her body to seal away the demon clan including the demon king , the 7DS in the movie were basically fighting her astral form because she lost her body.

I don’t know why you see ‘Lance glazers’ as people saying his strength was ever a good thing, and it’s weird seeing people backtrack like this.Even the most die-hard Lance glazers are starting to get bored with this development. Not necessarily here but even on Reddit some folks who were all ride or die about him until he made that stupid-ass trade with Cath are starting to lose interest.
It is a really bad look. Nakaba sadly fumbled making Lance's decision believable. It lacked any tension or desperation, it comes off as insanely hypocritical especially after he lectured Arthur for his shortcomings. Yes, Arthur made a gross miscalculation and should have gotten the help of the Sins when he started noticing that Cath was getting stronger inside of him. Like, a decade ago. But that was still an honest mistake even if it was desastrous and cost many lifes in the process and created needless misery.
But Lancelot? He knows all this and still decides to throw away the entire world (at least the one we know within the boundaries of the manga) for a girl he dated like three fucking times. Someone so bland she is more a plot device than an actual character with a personality. It is nothing short of AWFUL. How can anyone NOT BE disappointed with any of this. It makes Lancelot incredibly selfish, hypocritical and borderline insane. And yeah sure, one could say "the other 4KotA would've done the same with their significant others in his position". That may be so. But Lancelot is the guy who NEVER lost. He is Mr. Can-do-it-all. The other three are not on his level. There were other ways to go about this. Even if it meant risking Guinevere's life in the process. He didn't have it in his heart to risk it, maybe he would have failed despite all his skill but if anyone could have come up with a way to do it, it would have been Lancelot. No one else could've denied Cath his bargaining chip but he was like "cowabunga it is" and traded in the whole world for it. Because that decision was easier to him than risking the girl. Fine, have it your way. Any piece of misfortune, misery and bad shit that is ever going to come Lancelot's way henceforth - he deserves ALL of it and he should get zero pity. From anyone. If you risk the whole world that easily then living with the consequences of that decision is a forgone conclusion. Ain't no-one got the right to cry foul play for whatever shit he has coming. And I hope he will get it good at the end of it all. It will be cathartic.

Slight correction, the LOTL said that he needed a few more years for Shining Road to surpass Nemesis just off Lancelot’s raw potential, that statement exists to show that, outside possibly Percival fusing with all life spirits or some shit, Lancelot has the highest potential in the verse. She believed consuming the Lake to be impossible when she stated that, which proves her point about the ‘most powerful magic’ of Lance’s and brings him likely far beyond where his raw potential could take him.So, if I understand correctly, you're so eager to criticize that you've forgotten that Lance, alongside Gawin, saved the elite squad that had been brainwashed by Carthur?
And this is shown by the one who says it (Ioladion), since she saw the state of her companions. Furthermore, why did Lance also unleash his aura in the demon world against Nanashi?

Here you're confusing magical power and magical reserve. What the demons sense is Lancelot's magical power, which, for them, is superior to the demon king, period. Regarding his infinite reserve, if it automatically granted him infinite magical power, then from the beginning of the story, we would have had the mention that his power is infinite. The story has already distinguished between magical reserve and magical power. If Lancelot simply needed to drink this infinite reserve of magic to reach his prime, then the Lady of the Lake would never have said that he needed several years to complete his glittering path. Furthermore, why would his spear from when he was 10 years old have broken after using magic on it (something that didn't happen)?
It saved us from a weak endgame in exchange for a weak... game.tbh if lance didnt fuse with cath. who would be the villian? cath is weak with like 80% chaos ( im guessing) arthur is useless ... lance would still beat 100% cath with chaos. so lance becoming the villian kinda saved us from a weak end game villian but now we risk getting into bad writing for the ending.

Dude, it wasn't that simple as you make it out to be. Sure there were statements about Lancelots strength before but shit like that happens a lot in any shounen manga and some statements tend to be hyperbole, especially if they haven't been supported by feats. Lancelot always hsving held back also didn't help. Besides, I am not critical of Lancelot only now and claiming I was "denying like my life depended on it" is BS. I have critizised Lancelot's writing as too strong several times since early on and that it makes the manga boring because he trivializes friend and foe, because that's simply true. At least get your accusations straight and don't put falsehoods in my mouth, thank you. And now with Chaos Lancelot others who vehemently stuck to Lance in the past are starting to see how boring it is when you get a character that's just too strong. Lance also doesn't have a particularely vibrant personality that sticks out, adding to this.I don’t know why you see ‘Lance glazers’ as people saying his strength was ever a good thing, and it’s weird seeing people backtrack like this.
People tell you for years that Lance is top 1 in the verse and you deny and deny like your life depends on it.
The story tells you at least once a chapter and you just call it bad writing. Reddit mfs do this. Nirvana Igneel on YouTube does this. It’s intellectually lazy.
No one ever claimed it was a good thing, but the plot has been very clear on Lancelot’s strength, aside from the Escanor bit which was quickly debunked by the Nerf anyway.

We can criticize his overall writing tho. If the plot development was anounced before, that's one thing. Doesn't help it if the decision to write that is ass, tho. And the way he plunged Lancelot into that was poorly handled, as is the entire follow-up so far.i mean cath said he would destroy everything with a form and thats exactly what lance is doing. thats always been the goal, we cant get mad if nabaka is doing just that.
