there's suddenly a dragonfly in my garden. And when I walked to the mosque this dusk, a flock of unknown birds were flying around above my(our) house(s). Hmmmmm

yeah, it was too dark, they appeared in silhouette. I am a biologist so should be at least able to identify, but I couldnt see them clearly and they didnt make any sound

no bigfoot here....

- it cant be Geopelia striata, they are diurnal, already in their nest before dusk
- cant be Pycnonotus goiavier or Pycnonotus aurigaster, they are noisy and at times perch on trees or wires
- cant be two species from Apodidae or Caprimulgus affinis, they usually chirp
- cant be crows

hmmm I am leaning towards one of the two species from Apodidae family..... but why were they here???? was it because of the dragonfly? but there's no clean water around here............................

I dont think it was bats. Bats' flying style is messy, they go up and down, sometimes almost hit me. The creatures I saw this dusk were flying high
