The last thing to address is the elephant in the room, that being Elizabeth's return. I will say right off the bat that if this is exactly as it seems with no strings attached then it's total bullshit. When Elizabeth activated Perfect Time it prompted Meliodas to start bawling his eyes out because it essentially meant her going away somewhere he couldn't follow. This was reinforced after the battle when she ended up in a coma that Gowther said she was unlikely to ever wake up from. Now that was obviously not actually going to stick because in a series like this a character being put in a state of half-death practically guarantees that they will be revived, which is completely fine as long as the amount of effort required to bring them back feels appropriate for the situation. The problem here is that Elizabeth's revival required precisely zero effort because she just randomly got up mere days of her sacrifice for no reason. This is nonsensical.
However, the reason why I said no strings attached is because the manner in which things happen is somewhat suspicious. In the very first shot we see of Elizabeth's face she has this weird grin on her face, which does not seem appropriate for the situation. This gives me the impression that something may have gone wrong here. Is it possible that the person who woke up is not actually the Elizabeth we know but rather a different personality, paralleling what happened in NnT when Meliodas died and then came back without some of his emotions? I guess that could be way for Nakaba to finally show us the so called "Bloodstained Ellie" by turning Elizabeth evil.
Alternatively it could be that the revival that the next chapter title alludes to is not the revival of Elizabeth or even that of the Archangels like someone mentioned, but rather that of the SD herself. I don't know what the exact mechanism behind it would be, but with how obsessed the DK was with possessing his children's bodies it wouldn't be out of the question for the SD to attempt something similar. The fact that this occurred as a result of Elizabeth mimicking her mother's power and that she just so happened to wake up immediately after the Demon Realm was destroyed could be relevant as well. Most importantly, Elizabeth coming back in a way that introduces an even bigger problem than her coma would alleviate the issue of said coma being essentially ignored as a plot point, because in that case the real quest to bring her back has not even begun yet.
