Not only did Elfman one shot a dragon, he got Levia under control for a bit. Guess Elfman gets to use Levia's dragon soul/essence like he did Aldron. So he gets two dragons now in him to call on. Elfman the new MVP.

Is this somewhat confirmation that Alegria is all of the Tartaros demons combined minus maybe Seilah? Would be interesting to see her to pull out Larcade lmao

Anchor showed us much more and better things, doesn't matter if it was hax or not. Levia and Scissor never showed us better things and they never will. Not to mention that we only saw Anchors human form so far and even then he was potrayed much better imo.

And overall the battles against Earthbuild and Anchor are much better (so far)

That was a bit anti-climatic.

We have a new lore with take-over magic. It’s not about stealing entities powers and their bodies, but make them become one with you and you become one with them. Which Elfman did the latter to Levia. I actually prefer this method over the former. Since it gave Laxus and Mira a chance to get their licks in on a CB.

It’s nice to see Mira’s Alegria form actually has a spell than just giving her immense strength. I wonder if this form gives her the powers of the other demons since that attack is Mard Geer’s curse power.

Scissor Runner’s showing has been more disappointing than Motherglare’s. He displayed zero feats in his human form because he never fought in it, we haven’t seen much of his magic, and he got fucking thrown at who knows how far since it was off paneled. Mira was enhanced by Wendy’s enchantment but still. This is on Mashima for wanting to be so quick to end this story. This puts him the lowest of the CB powerscaling ranks.

As for Levia, I don’t know if he is down. I’m so/so if he is. Two dragons down in one chapter would be a big bummer, but I’m ready for the other two remaining. It’s hard believe this would end with Laxus needing help to take down a dragon for shipping reasons, while Elfman took one down on his own.

What was people saying about equality between Levia and Scissor Runner again ? And i thought Angel and Hoteye were irrelevant, so they are just doing something now, but for the entire offscreen time they did nothing just to give Mira an upscale

Now no one can change my mind that even Anchor>Scissor Runner. And about Levia, he was pretty underwhelming. Can't truly decide if he is truly stronger than Kirin or even Wed. I'm gonna let people decide this one, but really don' think he would rival fresh RLDK Laxus.

But yes, if you are a Laxus fan the chapter should have felt horrible

What was the better thing ? Being clowned by Juvia ? Scissor Runner is the weakest, but all the others have better showings than Anchor. Human Levia has better feats than Human Anchor for example.

He was doing just fine without red lightning before he had to take attacks to protect others and the second dragon arrived- individually he is clearly above them

There was the Wendy buff too, tbf. But to summarize my point, if Laxus was truly good, there wouldn't be Mira and Elfman fans trying to make Mira and Elfman leech his feats. Skullion and Madmole at least didn't gave room for this kind of thing

3. Gray and Juvia fought together
4. The battle was 3 chapters long so far
5. Anchor only fought in his human form
6. Juvia and Gray used at least a tactic
7. Juvia-->Elfman (and I even like Elfman more than her)
8. We got new spells from Gray/Juvia
9. Without Juvia Gray would be dead and that 3 times
10. Both helped eatch other in a better way
11. The battle is not over yet

You are right but Elfmans sneak attack on Runner and Laxus&Mira defeating Levia by hitting harder without receiving any power up is funnier than Erza constantly getting one power up after another for motherglare. (Not counting Wendys power up due to effecting everyone)

1-Nothing to do with who is stronger
2-Laxus had Wraith help and Wendy buff against Levia's hax
3-Base Laxus is already stronger than both combined.
4-Nothing to do with who is stronger either
5-Levia in his human form was already has better feats
6-Lots of tactics were used against Dragon Levia
7-Take Over is hax and Elfman couldn't hold him for much time.
8-New spell ≠ the spell being Base Laxus level
9-Unless Gray has black ice or any solid rage boost he is a Skullion victim.
10-Literally nothing to do with who is stronger if the team combined is weaker than Base Laxus alone.
11-And the expectation is that his dragon form will fill the gap because...
