even if he can... Imu's too busy right now... but considering those are Legendary 900 years old weapons,,it is a pretty amazing feat...Did not expect Sanji to get two power ups at once.
Breaking one of the holy weapons also seems like a really big deal. Can Imu regenerate them, or is the spear just broken forever now?
Sanji bought the new version os and got all the previous updates he never paid for.Sanji got 3 power ups?

Pack it up Oda. Your drunk![]()
A little weak? That's how I felt about the elders as well. Even Bonny came in and literally destroyed an elder with one punch. What two power ups did Sanji get?
Advanced Arms? If so then he unlocked Advances arms before Zoro?
Either way… when they say Zoro is the sword, and Sanji is the shield.. they really meant it.. from an offense and defense stand point.
I just hope Sanjis woman gimmick dies down ALOT after this.
Lastly… I said this once and I’ll say it again… outside of Shamrock (he has no feats outside of his df weapon) The holy knights are literally a little weak. I’d honestly say people like Oven, prespero, Inu, and Neko would be able to defeat them.
Their biggest feat is immortality. Without Imus omen, these fights would’ve BEEN over. Take away the immortality and Sanji and Zoro aren’t unlocking nothing cause they would’ve finished this.
It’s wild because Gunko is the only one with real feats imo
Gunko was amazing.. even When she was herself ( Bitch gunko) and not rided by ImuWhat two power ups did Sanji get?

They are extremely weak without their regeneration. Without that, even Usopp could beat them. He blew off Gunko’s head twice, the second time while she was powered up by Imu possession.Lastly… I said this once and I’ll say it again… outside of Shamrock (he has no feats outside of his df weapon) The holy knights are literally a little weak. That's not fair. Those hits gunko took on purpose. But when she wasn't screwing around she flawlessly ran circles around jinbe and co. Odds are that sommers and killingham scale to yonko executives but not people who are already stronger than most yonko executives from kaido's or big mom's crew. They are extremely weak without their regeneration. Sanji was kicking Killingham into pieces without his new power ups. Luffy literally punched holes into Gunko.
1000% lolA little weak? That's how I felt about the elders as well. Even Bonny came in and literally destroyed an elder with one punch.
Without the regeneration, nothing was shown to justify the elders sitting around on couches aura farming for 1000 chapters.

Yeah, compared to queen, the thing this fight has is the sense of self, whereas the Queen fight highlighted how little he respected himself.I am not really sure of what oda is going for regarding Sanji's mutations. On one hand sanji understandably hates them. On the other the mutations are not exactly optional. The situation with his flames here seems comparable to when he fought queen. Sanji takes advantage of both his mutations and his haki to push his flame higher. To me it's not obvious that sanji is using emission to push his flame higher or even how emission would further protect his body from the temperature though I'd understand if cladding did this.
I am guessing next chapter we will see both zoro and sanji simultaneously finishing off sommers and killingham.

It's probably the knights. Who in the Revs have Conq?lol yeah.. they are trash.
It makes me wonder who tf will the revolutionary army fight, because it can’t be these holy knights
Yeah, I don't know why oda never put any emphasis on sanji using hardening. With pretty much everyone else it's overwhelmingly obvious. It feels like a diservice to sanji that we never saw him overtly use what seems like a mid level skill at best.Yeah, compared to queen, the thing this fight has is the sense of self, whereas the Queen fight highlighted how little he respected himself.
Looking at this current summary, my read would be that Sanji's sense of self/resolve also boosted his general haki.
If we recall, I believe Oda stated somewhere, near the start of the timeskip (SBS71), that Sanji's specialty was Observation, while Zoro's was Armament's and Luffy's was Conq. And that was largely true.
Sanji never showed Hardening, which was the most basic tell for Armament. We needed other characters to tell us that Sanji was even using the invisible armor form of armament.
So, logically, Sanji has A LOT of room to get even the most basic armament upgrade.
So now, Sanji needs exoskeleton to use ifrit, and with the Armament upgrade, he's finally got the defensive power that anyone who could harden, like Vergo, has.
As for the flames, given that Sanji has never been in danger from his flames, we can just say his self love burns hotter than the flames and call it a day. I do think that if the flames of the basic diable jambe hurt Sanji, we would have something stronger, narratively, but seeing as we were already dealing with a nonsensical power with a nonsensical explanation, the power continuing to not hurt Sanji is no big deal.
