I sent you a semi-civil DM but the more it lingers the more it pisses me off; I don't find anything about using what happened in that as a source for humour acceptable, and even more-so when you're trying to make a joke about rape and other horrid things that happened.

Sorry for derailing the thread/game a bit guys but I'm not going to tolerate shit like that from Teubier who is actively trying to defend rape/pedo jokes surrounding actual events in my PMs when in actual fact people in my life have been significantly harmed by those sorts of actions. I answered by PM and I won’t apologise twice. Humour is precarious and some can enjoy what others find offensive. As I said in the PM, I now know that I can’t joke with you. I won’t elaborate on the rest of my answer to you publicly.

I find important to joke about awful things, always did, that’s how you defuse the tension.
This is not disrespect. This is not abhorrent. This is comedy as a remedy.
I like many of the stand up comedian who do so. Sure it has its risks of getting cancelled when someone powerful gets offended and uses their power to apply pressure.
Some react badly to that, often overthinking the joke and putting meaning in it that wasn’t actually there.

I do understand that you aren’t okay with the joke, to which you put meaning way beyond its initial intent, and I apologised.

@SirSamuel016 Vampire Knight is such a throwback to early manga days! Back then it was peak shoujo, until Kaname is revealed to be *spoilers spoilers* , I loved the extra they had with Aidou and the friend of the Mc though. One of my first shoujo mangas too.
