alot of trains start from a non serious vote
last game I made 1 non serious vote that got me lynched and I was mafia
I only made the non serious vote because I was mafia, not because I'm a good town that was searching for the mafia. if I was town I would not have made a non serious vote.
plus your non serious vote have consequences, so how would you call that non serious ?
I wouldn't call that jump honestly, when I voted there were at least 4 other ppl that already voted before me and I'm the first one that gave actual reasoning
I would call your vote a jump tho, voting on someone who already had a vote with no good reason feels so scummy no manner how much hardy defends you
tho I would be honest, hardy is not usually the type of person to tie himself to a teammate, so idk why hardy is so aggressively defending you, it's as if he's 100% sure you're town. it's okay to not agree with ppl, but hardy made at least 5 posts dedicated to defending you and also voted based on that. at the end of the day this is day1 and there is no way to be 100% sure of anything, and sadly there's a bigger chance to lynch a town than to lynch a mafia, so I still don't understand your approach @Hardy care to explain further ? (do not explain why you think lawl is not mafia by my logic, explain what made you be 100% sure he's town)
I don't think I ever said I trusted lawl in the first place? what painted him in a better light was the fact that he didn't care to do something different instead of hiding, but going from that to thinking he's green is different. My issue is less about trusting him and more about identifying opportunistic votes.
The fact that you and pom argumented your train of thoughts made them more genuine. I explained this.
Also PSA etc. but I just want to apologise in advance in case I have any moments of coming across as irritable/a major fuckwit, I've just started on some new medication and some of the side effects I'm already experiencing are increased anxiety and irritability Hopefully this shit helps me out though

Gry calculated the damage I can do with my turkeyslap-no-jutsu
Having chatted a bit with Panda after last game, on vibes, i would read him more green than red, I liked the initial reasoning on the claim strategy, seemed quite cooperative.
Pom lock on Kakoha looks weird to me, but not sussing her too much for now
Lawl, I think he had a decent reply, I read him more green than red now but i don't know him, need to see what others think, and being day one basically everyone looks more green than red to me so idk.
Hardy a bit too aggro, maybe he is testing me don't know his play pattern, but from my pov, I am mostly in a situation where I would like to either sus Lawl or Hardy to get discourse going and analyze a bit today interactions, so unless a different consensus is reached, i would probably only consider switching on him right now. Still i don't see particularly strong clues around for today, and I believe lynching both of them carries quite a decent risk on taking out a strong role, we would take a decent gamble but it could be worth imo.
Marm seems pleasant all around but last time I got screwed by Lumi who was playing nice all game.
If I end up lynched Town would lose out on a potentially decent trait, but probably not a game changer in the big scheme of things imo, as I said, if I play it wrong I could end up helping mafia so I need to be careful on the night action.
Sam - Can usually smell him town like a bonehound but he ain't it right now. Mafia Sam has more agenda and calculated passivity, town Sam has gusto and wild quips. He's not fallen into either camp yet, and I'm against D1'ing a player who I'm confident in reading once he gets going.
I don't think 2/2 maf would pile this early so we can softy rule out (dego + lawl) mafia btw.
Vali - Weak opening with a need to be prompted to hint. His vote needing to be justified more than pushed makes him read pretty defensive and sus.
Hardy - Main input is on Lawl lynch and then ribbing people. His vote landing on Vali is in defense of Pomcha and Kakoha. If you're defending Kako/Pomcha as reasonable with their vote why aren't you following them onto Lawl?
^ He sliced off 1/3 of the people on your lynch as mafia and is nested in it right now while pointing at other skeletons.
Copan - Mostly meta commentary on active/passive and then general strategy of lynching people he thinks are good liars and eventually marms if she's alive. I struggle to see town pov in playing like that right out the gate, and it's so sus that it's making me loop back around to trusting him because no way evil panda plays like this.
Marms - Cute as the venules of a leaf (I consider this the skeleton). I like her tone so far and she's poking at tatsu/copan in her worldview which have largely escaped conversation (panda came back up just now).
Tatsu - Took notes, revenge voted me, hasn't added more. Vote on me is reasonable I did her dirty last game but she needs to commit to an actual vote with reason so we can read her even if it's still on me.
Btw if I was a mafia in this game I’d be hyper quiet as I usually am unintentionally def wouldn’t attract attention with the way I voted but it’s also interesting to see how the things are moving so easily by such small Open window for mafias, I doubt I will be dying today
"If I were mafia I'd play different" is textbook mafia move. He hasn't even done anything to attract attention of his own actions, all attention is falling on him from other interpretations of his hint which isn't even that bad and not worse than Vali Panda etc. Playing as if he did something to attract attention and that it's in his control is sus, man caught a stray and is playing it off.
Pomcha - Hardy/Sam/Lawl was her list but she locked Kakokun. She excused Lawl lynch for Hardy's reasoning and locked Kako for meta from last game. I don't see the Kako mafia meta and it feels very out of nowhere I don't see her mentioning him before.
Kakokun - Comments on votestacking Sam and suses Lawl for it. Remains critical of the lynch after seeing others join it. If he sits on Lawl with no further reasoning I think this is sus, but I think sus Kako tries to control more so the hole where my gut used to be is saying town Kako here.
Dego - Sam hate => No more activity. Going just by tone alone I'm leaning town for the playfulness of referencing lambgame and making a joke about no mech.
In summary
Marms - Exploring off-wagon option and generally gentle attitude. I've seen the cruelty of red marm this ain't her. Kako - Healthy self skepticism and lack of agenda. Copan - No way mafpan comes in with content this doo doo and airs lynch plans public if he's mafia.
Sam - Want more, give him a chance to powersam Dego - Want more, move off of sam Tatsu - Want more, at least a lock
Pomcha - Leaning green until the Kako pivot with no foreplay, feels like finger wagging at teammates to then not commit. Not out on one strike because I generally like her play until then. Vali- Defensive play is mafia play, want more category with a wrinkled nasal bone at the excuses
Hardy - Surgical slicing of Lawl lynch feels like agenda, doesn't line up to trust kako/pomcha then potshot somewhere where they're not voting or even discussing. Similar to pomcha but pomcha has town play in her posts unlike bone-hardling.
Lawl - "If I were mafia" and playing with a tone of control when he did nothing to catch the heat. I don't think he's sus cause of the hint, but his reaction to it.

To be fair you came forward with only meta talk and lynch strategy it's not exactly inspiring.
I think it's Too Wolf To Be A Wolf energy from you but I can't speak for others.
Do you think I'm on the right lines with Hardy/Lawl?
I agree on Hardy, probably poking people is a strategy to make them talk more but the way he voted for Vali is a bit sus, imo D1 can have some random votes so dunno why he focused on voting Vali instead of another suspect.
Poor Lawl, those wasn't a right choice of words to make him less sus
I don't wanna a train against Sam anyways so don't pay attention too much to my first vote, was a softly joke from prev game. I would pay more attention on Panda being so mysterious and Hardy aggresiveness but wanna see what they do later so idk if somebody is a safe lynch today
Nat is always laying down an apparently perfect speech but man i will never allow myself to get fu*** over by trusting her, like she has a superpower for sounding like the best/worst gaslighter at the same time
ny vote is based on what I said bedore, i feel he’s noncommital, while I know he’s a tired bear, he’s somehow found the time to post but not really Votekill Panda

Okay excuse my english. To me my vote is atm the best option for me, Im open for other suggestions with arguments ofc. Thats what I meant. Not that Pom is the best option just observed something about her.
I feel like Lawl/Hardy/Pom is a good world to explore based on how votes have moved around today. Vali can slot in instead of Hardy or Pom but I feel like Lawls framing was unapologetically mafcoded.
Thinking its got to be Panda or Pom for this lynch based on their play and vibes, leaning Pan. Not sure I'm agreeing with Nash so I'm open to that too as long as we're not lynching Lawl today

Why would I vote with Pom and Kako IF I DON'T AGREE WITH THEM? You are entirely missing the point of my argument and I don't see how you'd do this if not to argue in bad faith.
I'm not liking any of the votes on Lawl but his in particular has the poorest explanation. Kakoha and Pom presented their OWN train of thoughts (that I don't agree at all but have at least logic in them) whereas Vali's further explanation of "it's less random" doesn't have any and is seemingly just following someone else.
I agree on Hardy, probably poking people is a strategy to make them talk more but the way he voted for Vali is a bit sus, imo D1 can have some random votes so dunno why he focused on voting Vali instead of another suspect.
I'd much rather have a player openly admit they are voting randomly than follow someone else and give no arguments. Because that removes their own agency in their decisions.
