Question At what arc will the new anime end?

Well, the anime is currently airing episode 9, Gon and co. are on half way of the towel (20% of the new anime), so I think the last test will be on episode 13-15 (33% of the new anime) What about the other 70% ? It's a huge number and they have to go to Killua's house, learn nen, and fight The Spider. Greed Island will be consider in the anime too? What do you think?

The new anime is slated for 45+ episodes, also keep this in mind that doesn't mean the anime will end at 45 it's basically just the starting amount, and the ratings have been doing good recently. So the anime should cover everything in the manga.

They're going at the rate of 2+ chapters per episode so we'll be done with the Yorknew City arc by the end of episode 45. I'm not sure if they're going to do Greed Island and Ant arcs, b/c this is contingent on how the new anime will fare in the ratings. If it can maintain the current rating of 4 - 5% throughout 45 episodes then they probably won't just put an end to it.

It's doing the best out of any anime series that started in Fall 2011 with consistent ratings. Unless something catastrophic occurs, it's very likely that you'll see the NGL arc+ animated.

Also this is only the start, since this part is not the best one and Nen is still not introduced. If we can reach Greed Island well, it will be a hit. If we can see Chimera Arc animated, it would be a blast.

And if we can reach the current manga arc, I predict it will be the number one anime series in ratings.
