Discussion Boss and the 10 FLs wannabe

In 641, Bellerire says there are several boss and they each command their own army. So far we have seen 3 boss. One with the mole who met Dowon, the one with scar who met Maschenny and the buffed boss in the sprout. So do each boss command 10 FLs wannabe as per bellerire they each command their own army. While they might truce now for the head of Jahad after Jahad is defeated, they might go for each other throats as to become the next king so they might be on guard or secretly strengthen their army? How do u see the structure in Revs?
