IF Kaien's wife was pregnant when that hollow collected her soul then that little embryo inside her was also taken out by that hollow which gave Aizen the material to create White. From the recent chapter showed that Bach had planned his seeds across the SS around 1000 years ago hence at least some of the souls which were collected to make White also had some tiny amount of Bach's fragments inside the process. Then latter on, the incident involved Isshin, Masaki and White bootstrapping the process further to another higher level, this means Ichigo has extremely high concentration of Bach soul mixing with his own + White.
