As it was translated, Oku proposed a new arc in the wrap up of the Nuri mission. It looks to me like we are still on the offical 2nd arc. Or is this the 3rd arc?
Unoffically:
buddha was 1st arc,
Dream team w/ Izumi 2nd arc,
Possibly the Osakan mission the 3rd Arc,
What arc are we on again?
