Before I begin I am classifying Genjutsu techniques as those that manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses. All checked with naruto.wikia.com and not the official databooks. I have tried to avoid flashbacks unless there is a new Genjutsu being cast – to avoid constant repeats of the same scene such as Itachi showing Sasuke how his clan was exterminated. Hopefully I have not missed any, if I have please say so and I will try to include them. Also, any comments on if these should count or not count as Genjutsu, please say and I will alter as necessary. Will try to keep up to date as and when.

Every genjutsu in the manga thus far (please use for referencing when discussing genjutsu usage.
CAST GENJUTSU
C Danzou Fukasaku and Shima
Hashirama
Itachi
Kakkō
Kakashi
Kurenai
Kabuto
Madara
Tobi (Madara?)
Mugen Tsukuyomi – not sure if I should include this or not. It is obviously a Genjutsu, but as it has not been cast it is only theoretically possible.
To control the Kyubi
Unnamed Genjutsu to control the 4th Mizukage
Unnamed Genjutsu to read Konan's mind (and kill her)
Mubi
Nagato
Sasuke
Unnamed Genjutsu
Unnamed Genjutsu
Genjutsu to control Manda
Unnamed Genjutsu
Unnamed Genjutsu to make opponent talk
Tsukuyomi 1, and 2.
Susanoo Genjutsu
Unnamed Genjutsu.
Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Technique. – Narutopedia suggests that this should be included, however when Kabuto says this it sounds more like his will is affecting the physical dimension and is not a Genjutsu. Have put it in as Narutopedia says it is, and will change if requested.
Shisui
Have put these in as they were his powers when he was alive.
Koto Amatsukami 1, and 2. – I was also going to put this as Itachi's, however as he doesn't actually use it (Shisui's eye on a crow does) and it isn't his technique I left it just as Shisui's.
Tayuya
Second Mizukage
BREAKING SELF OUT OF GENJUTSU
Bee
Tailed beast helping break him out 1, and 2.
Danzou
Deidara
Gai
Itachi
Kakashi
Kurenai
Sakura
Sasuke
Sharingan sees through Genjutsu 1, 2, 3 (though helped by Itachi?), and 4.
Shikimaru
BREAKING SOMEONE ELSE OUT OF GENJUTSU
have included this as not specified if more complex Genjutsu's require more people/more skilled people to help disrupt the chakra flow (e.g. Itachi's required Chiyo and Sakura, whilst Kabuto's just required Sakura).
POTENTIAL GENJUTSU THAT I HAVE NOT INCLUDED
Aoba
Inoichi
Itachi
Nagato
Orochimaru
here, and here. – Although the target is taken to a mental world where Orochimaru can take over their mind, this move is listed as a Ninjutsu (and a Kinjutsu) not a Genjutsu.
Sasori
Sasuke
Tobi
POTENTIAL GENJUTSU COUNTERS THAT I HAVE NOT INCLUDED

MY THOUGHTS
Hopefully this will help people find the required pages to discuss Genjutsu in fights/manga context. I personally do not really enjoy Genjutsu in fights as there are very few ways to beat a Genjutsu (either through Pain, someone helping you out, having a natural ability (such as those granted by a sharingan), being a jinchurichi or just being better at Genjutsu then someone else. It also tends to lead to arguements such as "if you have not seen character A successfully counter a Genjustu then he is going to lose to character B's Genjutsu for sure". This makes it very dull to discuss, compared to Ninjutsu or Taijutsu where you can always find alternative techniques that can counter another one. That said, it isn't really fair to discard Genjutsu's in fights.
