Support E-mail notifications of PMs

This only started happening recently to me (I think), but even though I have it set to send me e-mail notifications when I receive private messages, I haven't been receiving any (e-mails, that is). I don't know if anyone else is having the same issue, but is there a way to fix it?

Thanks to our techs, this should be fixed now.
