I recently got an infraction for refuting a person's argument AFTER the aforementioned person personally attacked me.

A moderator (vintagemistake) gave me a warning and he argued that 'thrashing another person's argument' constitutes a personal attack. But apparently a straight-forward insult thrown at me is not a personal attack and therefore does not warrant any warning.

Attacking arguments is not the same as attacking the person himself, more so when the person who really attacked another person never receive any warning.

Not the sharpest tool in the box, are we? So far, whenever the Sharingan needed a new ability, it GOT a new ability. Simple as that.

Whatever, keep on rooting for the Uchiha, fanboy.
Aww, someone is bleeding profanity.

Think twice before arguing with me, because I am one the of sharpest outside the box.
All the best,

We do not discuss punishments applied to other members in public, as it is a private matter between the user and the staff, even if the matter involved someone else. The users also can't see warnings and infractions from other users. To sum it up: you're complaining without even knowing.

If you feel insulted, next time report the post to us and let us take action, instead of creating or contributing on flame wars inside the threads.
