Ivyscans is Editing this one. It's 4 volumes ongoing in Japan but the latest Edited Manga is volume 2 chapter 6.

It seems to be serialized in Melody.

Mangaupdates lists both, Melody and LaLa, as the magazines for this manga. So I assume it started in LaLa and then got switched to Melody (since I can see it on Melody's website in the preview list for the current issue).

Do you mean the raw of v05? The Edited Mangas are only up to mid-v03, AFAIK.

Hmm, I looked a little around but seems that v05 isn't online yet at all :/

It now has a sequel called Otogi mo You Aya ni Shiki: Futatabi, serializing in Melody.
