hello i'm missingno and i'm new here if you can't guess from the name i like pokemon! i also read quite a few random mangas and watch some anime. i'm a big fan of japanese stuff in general and am hoping to do some translating! whats a good manga to start on?

Nice name Thought of pokemon too.

As for a particular manga, I'm not sure on that. Try to go with something you like or something thats not receiving too much attention.

By the way check out the Translators Academy > Class room and take part there. They can offer more help than I can.

Ok i will go and have a look at the pokemon thread but first i must answer some questions

Zeltrax-hmmm anime, i like cowboy bebop and studio ghibli and ummm tenchi muyo and fruits basket and excel saga and the movie ninja scroll and some older stuff like that

but to be honest i don't watch that much cos once i started reading manga i found it better for the most part so i tend to read instead

and as for manga i like dragonball, case closed, sgt frog, love hina, dr slump, naruto, lone wolf and cub, rouruni kenshin and lots of others too!
no i havent read pokemon adventures but i do have a couple of japanese language copies of the manga not sure which series they are from tho i've never seen it in shops round my way or i would have bought it

and Yuki- Yup i love music literally never stop listening to it !! i like lots of stuff punk metal rock blues pretty much the only stuff i don't listen to is dance and r and b

favourite food - pizza
favourite candy- i always preferred crisps/chips to candy but cadburys creme eggs are awesome!!

Ahhhh, I see ! I suck at Halo, I can tell you that for a fact. I've never really played GTA before either... I love RPG's! Have you ever played Kingdom Hearts?

yeah kingdom hearts was pretty good i thought didn't complete it tho, too many games not enough time

mm sour cream n cheese are good but lamb n mint or maybe frazzles are my fave

ya the 2nd matt smith series has just started it's episode 3 tonight i think! have you seen any older episodes? from the 60's or 70's? some of them are ace!
