This is a theory based on the view that Gear 4th looks like a call back to Monster Luffy.
I'll jump right into it, pint sized power house would be the trope.
I think Luffy would expand to absurd lengths and release the air in a controlled fashion. Leaving just enough air to be a balloonish version of chibi Luffy. A unique haki pattern, and a slightly more inflated head.
Lightweight and super floaty. Speed phenomenal. Leaves streaks of fire when moving at full speed like Punk Hazard. Can fly. Uses more aerial Thor attacks. Unbalanced movement due to floaty frame. Gets faster the longer he moves. Can dodge in a Kami E type of way, using observation haki.
At max speed can unleash attack comparable to King Kong Gun, but this form would obviously be a Leo if anything.
So I guess you can call it my personal version of the pounce man theory.
The big head calls back to Leo, the Sphinx, and other big head cats.
You may now poke and prod.
