Request Translator & Manga Editor recruiting to frontpage

Since the forum is pretty much obsolete for releases now, it seems like a good choice to put the recruiting of translators and Manga Editors on the frontpage as well. Just like you did with the translations, raws, releases.
Without them you've nothing and they're so scarce, so a little extra attention wouldn't hurt right
