Visitors from above the 134th Floor

Is it possible Enryu, Phantaminum & similar characters originated from above floor 134.

Which is the reason Jahad & friends decided to "reign in hell".

Rather than challenge what was "above them in heaven".

Even if Enryu and Phantaminum aren't from above the 134th floor.

Is it possible other characters from above floor 134 have travelled downward to interact with inhabitants of lower floors?

If they were from above they wouldn't be Irregulars. We also know that Urek followed Phanta.

The 134th Floor is unexplored, there are probably no Humans there. Probably only Shinheuhs, robots and plants.

Enryu entered the tower from out side hence his irregular status. So no. But it is interesting to think what kind of beings are there on floors above 134th.

Whatever their fears are, I don't think it could possibly be because of some impossibly strong opponent. They are still arrogant with their god complex.
