Discussion Will Sasuke Ever Revert to "Goodness" Again?

I don't follow the Naruto storyline heavily, rather I haven't since after Sasuke and Itachi's fight. I really want to see Sasuke be a good guy again, as one of my favorite characters. I find myself conflicted between thinking "man he is awesome!" and "man he is a total douche!" While I understand Sasuke's character was allegedly always meant to be the opposite of Naruto's, I think that the contrast between the two's personalities really made the story dynamic when they were working together. Rather I believe Sasuke's falling out with team Kakashi should have been more of an arc than a major plot adjustment, though that's more personal preference.

Bottom line: do you think Sasuke will ever stop being a spoiled trust-fund crybaby ninja and reform his friendship with Naruto?
