Pro Shinra Tensei - Shinra tensei is the control of gravity.
-It does not produce gravity because you can't produce gravity. It is not a element and also not a nature transformation found in any of the data books.
-The only Ninjutsu part of Shinra Tensei is the barrier that forms around Nagato. Otherwise, the attack is changing your weight due to acceleration in the X,Y,Z planes.
-Therefore, Yatta Mirror cannot counter it. Yata mirror is said to counter material, astral, Ninjutsu and physical. Gravity is none of those.
It doesn't make sense to me how Yata Mirror can counter how much Itachi weighs. I wrote another scenario that none of the people on the board posted above have addressed.
"There is always gravity on Itachi, always. So you're telling me that he would be able to counter the planets "attack" on him and technically fly? Because gravity is always pushing him towards the earths ground. You're telling me if he entered earth's atmosphere from space at terminal velocity, yata mirror would cancel the impact landing on earth because of the "attack" the earth is causing on him? I don't think so, there's no evidence of it being able to do that."
