Togashi may be lazy with his art, but he created some very innovative characters by design. Who do you believe is the best designed character? This could be a character with a goofy design, someone beautiful, or a design that really complements the character's personality.

Killua Zoldyck because he can be both adorable and intimidating. He also like how Togashi gives him cool new outfits at various points in the series.

Zeno Zoldyck - He has the perfect badass grandpa assassin look; one that mixes a sense of experienced wisdom and subdued violence into a single look.

Cheetu - I love how his appearance matches his cocky personality.

Zeno Zoldyck:
He has a really cool outfit and you can tell just by his appearance that he is one crazy fellow.

It's the combination of his outfit and very nice hairstyle.

I support the nominations of Killua and Feitan.

My third nominations goes to Gon. His adorable, childish appearances fit him perfect well most of the time, but when the look in his eyes change...I never thought it was possible for him to look so intimidating. I also like how his eyes are drawn really cutely, but the way his eyebrows are angled gives him a really confident appearance.

My third nomination is Palm Siberia. From what we've seen of her in the anime at least.
