welcome to MangaHelpers' new season of the Anime League!​

About

• This league has one purpose and one alone. To crown the best Anime of the season.

Rules

• Every user gets to nominate his top 3 episodes of the week in this thread.
• Nominating day is on Monday. It is possible to nominate before that day, but not after the following Tuesday.
• A week goes from Monday to Sunday. The Nomination day for that whole week is the day AFTER that Sunday. For example: This week goes from Jun 26th to Jul 02nd, 23:59 CET. Voting days for this week would be the 03rd and the 04th, 23:59 CET.
• Voting is possible till the weekly ranking has been posted.
• The nominations get counted. The Anime with the most votes in total wins the league.
• There won't be a restriction for Anime which have no threads here
• Only TV shows count (no OVA, no movies, no ONA, no TV specials)
• Pre-airs aren't eligible.
• A new seasonal show needs at least 10 episodes to be eligible.
• Shows with irregular airing or episode numbers will be dealt with accordingly.
• The nominations for all shows will count as if they all had the same amount of episodes during this season. Shows with just 10, 11 or 12 episodes will get additional points based on the average they got so far to make it even.
• A show which is longer than one cour is eligible for the season until this season ends or reaches 13 episodes. Whichever comes first.

Results

• We will post an updated table each week to keep you updated about which Anime is leading so far.
• Every user who voted for the winning Anime has the chance to win a badge at the end of the year. So keep on nominating!
• A weekly ranking of the participating users will be shown as well!

It's not exactly a pre-airing, just episode 0 that's animating some necessary side content for later on in the story. You can watch it officially on Crunchy.

Mukoshu is okay imho. Just have to remember to add one to the total amount of episodes... Weird that it is listed as two entries.

My votes:

Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi - The wholesome show of the season. Healing factor: 100%
Atelier Ryza - Good start to a game adaption. Thigh factor: Weirdly enough, 90%.

Mushoku Tensei - Nice to see that person again
Chiisai Sempai - It's like Uzaki-chan grew up and got an office job. brings a smile to all who behold her.
Ryza no Atelier - 48 min first episode. pretty good so far.

Spoiler: Ineligable but... so good!

Fate/strange Fake -Whispers of Dawn- Released as a special so not elegable but so good! Heard it'll be a series next year. Features Gilgamesh and Enkidu saying hi!
There is a scene of this from Lunar orbit.

I haven't watched anything yet, not really appealed buy this sezson, planned to start atelier is it worth watching?

What we got is a special they initially wanted to air during last new year's stream, but they had to delay it until summer. Actually had no real time to watch it yet, but going by the trailers and the reactions it seems like they did an awesome job. After that aired, we got the announcement that they'll do a whole anime series Definitely something you can look forward to, it's an awesome story with lots of great and unique characters. In my eyes the best Fate spinoff out there.

This season is meh i tried to watch that series that could have been fun Dekiro Neko, ended up i couldnt finish the episode, I tried to watch Ryza 1st episode , I fell asleep , wasnt really impressed.


- Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon
Visually nice, not exactly fond of Miyo personality, but the 1st episode was nice, and this could be the best romance this season. Not too much into Cindrella's cliché, but this was done nicely so far. Her family....

- Jujutsu kaisen, well i haven't watched the movie , but this was enjoyable, Mei-chan is still the best !

Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta - Really well animated
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 - very good but no references to 1st season.
Chisai Sempai - Making office work more sweet and wholesome than humanly possible

Mushoku Tensei - It looks like he's getting his life together, but don't let that fool you. He'll be depressed most of this season.
Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon - Huh? A simulcast… on Netflix?! Just for this Netflix gets an honorable mention. Miyo's family are trash.
Rurouni Kenshin (2023) - Very good animation. Not hooked on the music so far. I can still get earworms from the original series
