Yup she is listed as an MC.
In the wiki she is mentioned after Satoru before Hinazuki herself.

In the opening song she is given a huge focus.

Oh howard link is regarded as a main and lenalee supporting.... weird
That's quite hard sometimes to define an MC or supporting char, there's some borderline cases, but i admit im surprised about Lenalee, but maybe they did just take in account her role /appearances in the season not in the whole series (mal state her as main in former DGM series , though)

but well it's as if Sanji was regarded supporting in One piece arc where he doensn't appear at all

but true lenalee has quasi no roles from this part, she doesn't appear that much even in the manga.
