Going to nominate Sakurada Reset here as well.

A very heavily plot based, action-bare, series that deals out a lot of seemingly ridiculous ideas, but ends up tying them all together extremely tidily at the end.

To quote what I said in the discussion thread: "This has got to be one of the most cerebral shows I've ever watched that hasn't gone into crazy mindtwist zone (see. Serial Experiments: Lain)..."

Houseki no Kuni: Never thought I would end up loving it this much.

Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records: I had low expectations and it turned out to be surprisingly better. Glenn was cool.
