Final Voting Round Best Team

[Marmalade]

This thread's purpose is to decide what the Best Team is in Mafia games. The team that consisted out of players that perfectly balanced each other, that team that worked together like a well-oiled machine. Perhaps it's the team that was unlikely, but still proved to be better than all the others. It's the best team of all.

Note: As this is the first Mafia Game Awards, all mafia games played so far excluding speed games are eligible for this category. In addition, only official teams with a pad for communication are eligible for this category.

Voting Round Final

• Time: 5 days - Polls open through December 18th
• Members can only vote for 1 name out of the remaining nominees.
• In case of a tie for most votes, all tied nominees will be considered winners.

Remember that this event is for fun purposes, as always keep the tone friendly and respectful.

g01-Holt-Demonspeed-Tatasugoi-Erinyes in game 46. Walked to the finish line, only Erin died and it was to cowboy.

Being on a team with Seraph, Gaj, and Knightnare is still one of my favorite times in MGs

With my team: Erin, DD and Tata in the pokemon game.

Erin being lynched DAY 1 because freaking Pikachu. Tata afk'd DAY 1 just because Tata and got 4 penality votes, but Panda still got lynched on DAY 2 as calculated. DD lynched on DAY 4 taking the Mazino with him as bomb and me chilling and giving Holt a headache. Also, Tata votekilling in the last fucking second of DAY 4 which avoided her from being hostkilled and winning the game the next day with me killing Demonspeed, the cute doctor, on Night 4 which made Tata win the bet against Farfalla and getting her powerbank. IZI GAME.

Truly a marvelous and hilarious team.

I'll throw in the mafia team I was in for Game 80 (Fate/Grand Order) comprised of @Gryffindor @Zasz and myself; was my first game and both were great to learn the game from, plus it was a good time. Special shout-out to mafia burden Zasz

Can only really speak for games I hosted or teams I‘ve been in myself. So of the non-nominated ones I‘d add

• MG55 - gnut, Vandred & Lambu(later Daws was recruited as Sleeper) they worked pretty well despite them not knowing each other at all prior to that game(in Mafia at least). Just beautifully showcases how you can even make a good team with strangers that bond over time.

Adding our recent Marmy + Paloma + Gaju (cause some TP teams were also outstanding!)
In spite of assets, they seemed so well coordinated and n'sync, perfectly covering for each other without raising red flags while doing that.

That team was on a whole other level . I didn't even feel like I was playing mafia game, but more like I was doing a school project with 3 other people. The codes, spending 1 hour trying to figure out who Juviii was going to whore between the 4 of us, cowboying twice and winning both, discussing and devising a plan that made the best usage of the mechanics when we were all in the open, giving false hopes to Belserion on the last day when we knew she had the BP, it was amazing.

And when we started dying one by one, it was like we were passing the torch to the remaining mafias instead of just going like ''well, we just lost someone''.
God bless that team, would do it again anytime

Well, this is a bit awkward... I know I've missed the deadline for a bunch of nominations, but the one I cannot forgive myself from mentioning is the Panda, lawl, Lambu, Arju, Brandish + Holt mafia from the Tokyo Ghoul game. That team was the absolute. best. ever.

So I'll shamelessly abuse my moderator privileges and nominate them anyway '3'/

Nostalgia will make me vote for OverWatch mafia, Red Skies at Night boys

But Tokyo Ghoul mafia (the Night discussions man lol) and Umineko mafia (VandReds Unite!) also hold a special place in the heart.
