omfg! I meen, its only a litle sad if Suzuka have to move, but will she switch, or even worse, quit school!? Is there really psyco-dads like that left in this world?

BTW, anyone know if there will be a second season of the anime? Heard rumors, but havent found any hardcore prof.

as the 2nd season anime,.. but most likely (the fact) theres no 2nd season i think,.. even thought i really2 want it,..if there is 2nd season i think its gonna be after the manga is completed (my opinion) cause looks like the manga will end very soon

Fawk! What the hell are Suzukas parents gonna say now? I mean, isent she 17? Dont the doctor have an obligation to report if she is going to have an abortion?

Im unsure about the second season... Normaly they only do the show until the boy kiss the girl then jump to the next project. If you want relationship you have to look to Josei Though suzuka hade some "new" ideas for a shonen romance
Hope they get fundings to make the rest, as you said its probly just one or two more volumes.

yeah suzuka is pretty good because its not just some impossible harem manga it actually s a little bit similar to my dating experiences in high school

I called it after chapter 155.

For what it's worth, in his latest journal entry he says

もうじき連載は終了ですが、その後も色々と涼風関連の仕事は山積みです

"its serialization is almost over, but I have a ton of various other Suzuka-related work for afterwards"

It´s ending already, i think that they could develop it a little more, but let´s face it for a shonen romance is already too many chapters(the same number as Ichigo 100% and I´´s), well in my opinion it was a great manga, i will miss it.

I liked it... i havent read so many manga endings (since they never seem to end), but i did like it. I hope there will be a spinoff about their lifes as adults. would be fun with a manga like that and "Suzuka" already whent way beyond the point of normal shonen romances, wich is nice.
Another thing is: will they do the rest in anime? Why did they stop the anime production, was it finanses or lack of manga?

The daughter's name is actually Fuka. I wouldn't call it a common name, but it's not that unusual.

I thought that the ending was nice. I kind of liked the jump forward in time, although the series could honestly have ended last chapter and it would have been fine. I believe that the extra material in the upcoming 2nd Suzuka guidebook is supposed to fill in some of the missing year.

They stopped anime production because it ended on a good note, which meant people didn't have to go through the drama that we manga readers went through with this manga

It's named Kimi no Iru Machi and until now 5 chapters were released/scanlated. Seo Kouji says that it is a prequel to Suzuka but I still have to find any connections between it and Suzuka.
