Yup. Anonymous has been releasing tanko chapters and have so far scanlated almost half the series so far.

Though chapter 15 and 16 haven't been scanlated yet, you can just basically guess what happens in those chapters and skip to chapter 17+ since Anonymous has scanlated those chapters.

I love how we don't know who's Editing these chapters, kinda adds to the illusion of the Neuro series.

I like the manga, there about 60 scanlated chapters, with only an hole; I think you should give it a try.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. I first saw the anime and then read the manga but already the beginning is totally different (and btw way worse in the anime) *drop*
