Hello all,

I was wondering if someone would be able to pick out the kanji I've marked out in this sign. The second one is likely "報" (messily written) as in 情, but I have no idea what the first one is.

説 (setsu) means 'theory'
最強 (saikyou) means 'strongest.'

Usually you see ○○最強説, so it refers to a theory that theorizes somebody/something being the strongest in a given case.

杖の持ちるは
Can't be correct cause 持ちる doesn't exist, right? But what else could it be?

Edit: It's 杖の持ち方は :>

I'm wracking my brain over this. I've two characters (I think) but the middle one is driving me nuts. It looks like ツ but I just can't figure out if that little bit next to it is part of the picture or connected to it. A full translation is fine too as I'm not fully sure what it is.

Here is what I've managed to get. Here are the characters that are similar, but I'm not sure if right.

マツか

Update 9/17/21 5:35pm

Still at a loss. Even tried to cheat by using a language detector. Won't even register! What the heck?! I've gone through a BUNCH of different characters by this point and cannot for the life of me find it. Is it even real at this point? >_>

Update 9/17/21 5:49pm -SOLVED-

Welp, that was a waste of time. Turns out it's ジ . Here I was thinking the first to second line was attached. Yeesh, I am blind.
