Only anime and elements of anime that aired in 2015, including anime that aired in fall 2014 and carried over into 2015 (2 cour series), are eligible.

The Rolling Girls - I have no idea where this show was even trying to go. Really pretty animation, story and characters were just all over the place.
Tokyo Ghoul - Starts out with a lot of promise and hype, setting up for a big battle, but flops towards the end.
Rokka no Yuusha - Amazing, amazing, amazing, then the last episode happened. A rush gimmiky end to an otherwise very intelligent anime. The biggest disappointment of them all.

With a heavy heart I nominate...

Arslan Senki I wanted so badly for this to be good but it just wasn't or at least wasn't what I wanted it to be.
Owari No Seraph, this show was such a tease. It always seemed like it was about to get good and never got there.

Charlotte:Sigh... the ninth episode of the show as well some of the prior episodes were fantastic, then its final episodes came...
Plastic Memories: Great first episode, then it focused on stuff, that did made its first episode seem like it was made for the wrong anime.

Tokyo Ghoul √A: S1 was a pretty bad adaptation overall but the last episode was good. They announce that the S2 will not follow the manga and it manages to be even worse.
Gangsta: Not bad, but I expected something better.
Absolute Duo: Didn't expect much but it managed to be even worse than what I expected.

Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider - Expected a lot more, but in the end the show did go nowhere, tried too hard to be all philosophical but never delivered in my eyes.

Shokugeki no Souma - Awful character design, mostly boring music and overall just a pretty average/bland adaption, was hoping for a bit more.

Nagao Yuki-chan no Shougitsu - Had some great episodes towards the end, but otherwise just plain boring and disappointing,

I expected a lot more at the end then this. Everyone was special and at the end nothing.
