Summary
Sixteen years before the events at the focus of the series, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konohagakure, a great ninja village. It raised chaos and slaughtered many people, until the leader of Konoha - the Fourth Hokage - defeated it by sacrificing his own life to seal the demon inside a newly-born child. That child's name was Uzumaki Naruto.

Main Board
Here you can discuss general topics related to Naruto, read chapter reviews as well as discuss the latest chapters and spoilers exclusively in their own threads. Keep in mind that we have a spoiler blockade rule at Mangahelpers of 24 hours. So keep all discussion related to the latest spoilers and chapters within 24 hours of its release in the spoiler/chapter discussions.
Discussion - This is the prefix that is likely to appear the most often. Threads with this prefix are threads in which there is a topic of discussion that expects actual discussion. All of these threads deal with a topic of the manga.
Theory - This prefix is for discussion threads that are based specifically on theory of the user that do not relate to things that have been concretely established in the manga to a reasonable measure.
Question - This prefix is for discussion threads whose focus is on a specific question instead of a topic.
Predictions - For topics where prediction is central.
Favorites - For topics where ranking is in the focus. For example ranking one's favorite arc.
