I know very little about both of them, but Oscar is quite an intersting pick while touka might get more advantaged due to TG ending and due to her popularity, for now, favoring oscar.

But why the French op had to focuse only on the "revolutionary/patriotic" side !!? no sense of aesthetics !! why ?

Relistening to the french version of the opening, I noticed that it's really different as the Japanese version I think is the perspective of her lover talking about her ( I mean I definitely recognise his voice the one saying I love you oscar ) while the french version is kinda of praising oscar in someways generally but also a summary for her, and more focused about the revolution part.

Could be interesting if I translate it as I don't think there one form french to english ( when I have time )
Thanks for the idea @Erinyes now I have more to campaign for her in the next round if I pass
( even if I won't I probably still do it and post it in the main one )

I dunno, it's extremely different, guess the one making it to french didn't want it to focuse on the romance part but more on the revolution and such.

Her personality can be summarized to a tsundere, she's pretty but no more than that tbh, I find her to be an undeveloped character. Plus Akira is a better waifu material than her .
Oscar seems to be more complex and deep, also beautiful I hope she gets more chances.

Great campaign post by @Asako. I never really liked Touka anyway so definitely point Oscar (despite never hearing of him her until now).

Tokyo ghoul has been ruined for me by that lackluster ending and Touka lost just about all her personalty in re. Voting for the french girl.

To be honest, I don't feel that strongly about Touka. She's fine. The character just doesn't appeal to me for whatever reason.
