Well everything was hinted and properly explained before so only those who dont pay attention to details can call something like that bullshit. In reality it isnt I knew that Toriko has more than one since chapter 260+

So there is Third one who has same scars as Toriko because as Acacia said those born with gourmet cells bear same scars as their demons. Midora has same scars as his demon but in Torikos case neither Red or Blue has scars so there is third and original demon of Toriko and he will be beastly.
