7 weeks till the year of jump is over btw :O

so i'm pretty sure that means we got series out the door soon enough. but not in a month as i lazily speculated forgetting to count the issue number ¬_¬

and two series ended back then with hxh back on break after a few weeks, so we will just have a bit of overloading for a coupla weeks. and with ES21 out one end, Haken probably out the other............ well then psyren's safe for another block, with three newbies to possibly fall under it!

edit: FOUR newbies came in last year, three the year before........... but one was poseidon so i don't know if it'll happen again.

We just had four new series! If they do four MORE... Jump will be too overcrowded with newbies. Good and popular series are already getting shoved to the bottom because of unranked series; adding four more is just too much.

(Still wondering what happened to DGM's cover page. STILL wondering. There's, what, fifteen issues until it'll have been two years? )

At this point, the only things we know of are these:
-ES21 is practically over
-HxH is on another 10-week stay
-Bari Haken is dead.

Unless there's a fourth series or another space for one-shots, those are probably going to be the releases and all will probably be done between the end of November and the New Year. When we get there, we get there.

Interesting bottom 5... sucks to see Mago in it, but amazing to NOT see Neuro! Very good development; Neuro is not a manga that deserves to be rushed by bottom-end worries, seeing as it's one of the best in Jump right now and all.

And Inumaru with a color page? Guess the mangaka and editors are still friends. No big deal, though, it'll hang around a while then go.

And does that look like a cover for Reborn coming up? I certainly wouldn't mind, especially with how very awesome these past few chapters have been.

But yeah, Psyren's situation is looking increasingly hopeless. 'tis unfortunate.

Sort of hope the next issue isn't "OP is going on Togashi-length hiatuses", we deserve better than that.

This issue: Great to see Neuro NOT in the bottom 5...but Mago's luck could potentially be running out.
Next issue: It's been a while since Reborn had a color page so it was due...but Jaguar getting one too is neat.

Holy crap. Kurando Gengo? I'm surprised to see Shueisha reaching that far back! But I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully he'll get a series in the bargain, somewhere down the line.

For those who aren't aware, SANTA was a cool-looking but almost immediately canceled series from early '03. Now all we need is something from Osamu Kajisa...

Concerning Oda's message I just hope it's something about him overpacing Dragon Ball's 519 chapters or something like that. I just don't want to imagine him taking a break for several weeks/months or something like that, since that would just be horrible. : /

PTF! Jaguar might finally get its 8th anniversary present in terms of a CP. Nevertheless it's been quite a while since the last one...

Sad thing about Sket and Mago but well...there are buffers for them and apart from that: awesome news.

Could you show us the pic? I think I've only seen pictures by Kubo and the mangaka of some volleyball manga.
