Oh man, that was actually a character I had thought of, a Giant with a fruit that could shrink himself to human size with giant strength. Didn't realize it had already been done. Think about it, he basically has a permanent gear third.

On another note, has anyone noticed Montblanc Norland is crazy strong? He cut that snake in half in one swing, Zoro and Wiper could barely even hurt the thing.

The snake Zoro and Viper fought, grow up under sky island climatic.

Example: look at the trees in which size they are. Since the snake lived under this circumstances, it must be stronger as well. So u can't compare it with the snake, that Norland took out.

I'm looking at a couple of castles in ch 524 and I am wondering if there is anything deeper than a superficial resemblance.

Castle #1, the castle Zoro was sent to.
Castle #2, the Holy Land of Mariejoa

The Architecture is different but there are plenty of castles in Europe with different styles even in the same country.

We know there was a war 800 years ago fought between the WG and the country that was part of the missing history. It's a stretch, but, what if this is the country the WG came from? They defeated and took over MarieJoa and left behind their old land in ruins. Zoro might find something in the ruins that will help.

Alternatively, this could be the country that was destroyed by the WG and there could still be something in the ruins for Zoro to find. Maybe that junkie looking sword in the very first frame?

THats a good find on the Castles but I think they look to different though, I mean when it comes down to it Architectual periods sometimes look a lot alike but are different for stupid reasons. The one Zoro is in is very Gothic while the other doesn't seem to be Gothic.

Still they are a lot alike...

speaking of zoro does anybody have a guess as to why he is where he is. I have a far off guess but maybe he will do what mr. 1 told him and learn to cut diamond even though its a little to early for that unless being able to do that lets him cut the cages in ID, that is if he goes there.

it would also be cool if he got another new sword even though he doesn't need one, but the place he is in fits the location of either the Nidai Kitetsu or the Shodai Kitetsu but this is just a guess.

I'd rather not see Zoro get a new sword since he has already been heavily entrusted with his swords: 1) Kuina's sword, which he took upon himself to carry for his friend, 2) the other sword he has (whose name I can't remember :P) that he got for free from the sword seller in Logue Town, and 3) his Shuusui, which Zoro more or less "inherited" after defeating Samurai Ryuuma and having him acknowledge Zoro as its next rightful owner.

I think a Ghost Princess & A Zombie will be a good match (Zoro has a lot of scars & just keep on recovering on & on) ). Btw his second sword is Sandai Kitetsu, the one that Tashigi chose for him. The owner of the shop give it for free.

I agree I don't want him to get a new sword either I was just saying that his current location fits the location of one of the other Kitetsu's at least one would think. He was also given Yubashiri but it was broke so he had to get a new one so maybe something will happen to 1 of his other swords, i just hope not wado. but this is nothing more than a guess unless u have some kind of opinion as to why he is where he is and what he might do.

It makes me think of what would happen if Mihawk had appeared in Thrilliar Bark instead of Kuma...... he has all those crucifixes and is called "Dracule"... his theme match the place.

You just gave me a funny idea.
What if that castle where Perona and Zoro are is Mihawk's home.

But seriously, it fits completely with his theme. Let's not forget that he travels around in a coffin. And he's practically never home.
Maybe Zoro is going to stumble upon his personal gym and train a little.

I'm only half serious about this. The serious half is there because nothing is to weird for One Piece.

i got an idea about how zoro can benefit from his location.

he got a cursed sword right ?.
so what if the curse it about somthing that happened in the castle to the original sword owner?
perana can help zoro contact him with her connections in the spirit world, and the curse will be lifted reveiling some new powers+ maybe the original owner can teach him a thing or two.

in another mather, and it was discussed a few pages back but the issue of ace +WB+WG battle is big enough to talk about. so here is my thoughts:
i think WG will win the battle and WB will be dead,but at the same time ACE will be saved(by luffy shanks or dragon)
this will leave the way for luffy to become the Pirate king open+it allowes ace to join luffys crew(they still need one to become 10 members)

I know Luffy said that he will have about 10 people.

But that's not carved in stone. Doesn't mean that he will limit his crew number to 10.
He'll keep inviting all kinds of weirdos on the spot. And he may possibly end up with 1-2 nakama more then he intended.

Can you really imagine a situation ib which Luffy says:"Yay, now i have a crew of 10, and won't bother inviting anybody else any more."
I can't.
