well I watched hell's kitchen once with my friend... and I liked very much... but I never focused on watching it...

It is a character named Isley from Claymore, a battle manga. It is really good and it reached 89 chapters so far; and the writing on the sickle-like arm is white silver king

i don't think so. Isley was clearly defined as a man, and he had the muscles drawn nicely Griffith is androgynous.
