Well, why do you think Oda gave him April 1st as a birthday in the first place? All of the Straw Hats have jokes as their birthdays. Luffy's is on Children's Day, Zoro's is on 11/11, which is a palindrome, and palindrome in Japanese is zorome, Chopper's is December 24th, and the rest had their birthdays determined by Oda's now famous pun in which he uses the numbers spelled out by pronouncing a character's name to determine their birthday. I still think he should have given Brook October 30th or October 31st instead of using the naming pun, but a fan submitted it, so I guess he couldn't turn the poor kid down.

Also, you realize that King of Lies is almost a nickname for the Devil, don't you?

And on what ends up being a sidenote, happy birthday Usopp! One of my favorite Straw Hats...

Am I the only one to have understood your joke ? Good point.

Indeed, as Brook is in his 2nd life, he should have two birthdays :
- his normal birthday
- his deathday OR the day he managed to come back into his body : it depends on what day fits with the day of his rebirth.
