they cant do anything anyway. you gotta think, internet is popular here but what, only about 10% of the population use it, and even less than that the users that are... MASTERS of the internet like how we do so face it, passing a bill that affects a small population will certainly backfire. but sooner something's gonna change. bandwidth capping is what i'm scared of, globelines did it a couple of weeks back but they removed it.

licensing companies are not losing money in the phils. anyway, hell i bet they're booming here, toradora and other new shows are airing

eh that's different, that's possession. what we're talking about is ISP monitoring. some ISPs outside send a C&D when they detect you're downloading movie torrents. and child porn, especially child porn.
