Lets see....right now I'm using a machine since I workout in my basement and that saves a lot of space and money and I'm getting good results. Unfortunately I have maxed out the weight on the machine for many of my exercises so i kinda need to approximate what numbers I'm actually lifting, but I'll give it a shot. Benching: I could probably get 280-300 up. Curls i do 25lbs and thats dumbbells. Triceps are 23-30lbs. Shoulder press is like 220lbs, etc. I need to approximate what I can do the most of because since i maxed out the weight on my machine, I need to get creative and do more reps or different types of exercises for that same body part to get good results. So for my my stats aren't written in stone because I don't have the opportunity to life like 300 lbs in my own house to find out for sure, lol. But I still get a great workout and the results I'm looking for so I'm happy with it for now.

Basement, yep you definitely live on the East Coast. and with these kind of stats you have from your workout, you should create a Databook lol.

AHAHAHA, like I said though my data isn't 100% accurate cause I don't have the conditions to fully test my body out to the limit. Hopefully I can one day, that'd be sweet

You don't have to be !00% accurate, look at the Manga Databook, sometime they contradict things. As long as you have an Assessment of what you can do and what you can't , i say a Databook would be good.

Well for my arms, I do a little bit lighter, cause I like being able to do more reps...when I do a fully body work out I end up ding 3 different types of curls. I do regular, hammer, and concentration curls. Each are five sets of ten reps.....so that comes out to 150 reps of curls for each arm with 30lb dumbells. So I do 300 curling reps in total each time I workout. Also I end up doing extra reps for my left arm since I'm a righty and for some reason because I use my right arm on a daily basis and its much more coordinated, then it gets bigger than my left. So i need to workout my left arm a little more to compensate. So in the end I'm doing like 200 reps for my left bicep and like 150 for my right.

That's it. More are sadly not possible with the kids due to time schedule or too 'mature' shows. Can't really say that e.g. Rosa Crux ('pain themed' live show) and The Other (horrorpunk) are exactly good live acts to attend with young children

Good god, 16 hours. Do they pay time and a half for overtime down there, or are you on salary? That leaves little time for partying . BTW, what's you're job?

Omg, pat. It sounds like you're working too hard. Hope you're keeping your sanity. And I thought the rare 14-hour day that I work was bad! (Though I am on my feet all day long.) Those long days are rough. It's hard to stay sharp after more than 8-9 hours of doing anything.

If the payment aren't something extraordinary you're just torturing yourself. 10 hours are okay if you take two five hours shifts but 16 hours?... I'm crossing my fingers now, hoping you're not working at an industry...

Adobe Illustrator or also InDesign (or simular progs :/). Tho I haven't tried them out yet and don't know how to use them, but there are a lot of tutorials on the net

Illustrator and Corel Draw only (and some Linux stuff)._. InDesign is used for page layouts, PS is for image treatment, not logos =p
