Support Cannot view website background...

For the past 2 days, I've been experiencing some problems with the site. I can't view the background and the layout is all weird.

try a hard refresh.

Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R

also Shift+Reload Button seems to work in firefox

Wth...Such a simple solution? I feel like a fool...x_x

Care to explain why a hard refresh works? Yesterday I clicked the refresh button on my browser but nothing changed.

I think it clears the cache, allows it to load faster.

well a hard refresh bypasses the cached version of the page your browser has stored, and allows the page to load as it is on the server.

a normal refresh basically checks if there is a newer version of the page available if not just reloads the cached content that it has stored.

sometimes things just don't get cached right i guess
