Re: Chapter 249 Discussion/250 Predictions

This thread was moved into it's own chapter discussion thread after creating an Air Gear subboard. Just as information for those who are subscribed and wonder about the low page count

Have fun discussing but please take note that we have a separate spoiler thread now. Any spoilers and spoiler discussion about the next chapter has to go there and be kept out of this thread. This one here is just for discussion on the current chapter content and predictions for the next one. Thank you

//edit
eyesotope, could you wait two minutes for me to create the hangout thread before you start the party? >.>

lol, I'm new here, so I don't know you, but from now on I won't forget your name! Thank you so much! lol

---

AG had one before? wow, kinda sad what happened to it then..

but its back, and I hope it stays!

P.S. Kururu or death! XD

Re: Air Gear Hangout Thread

I thought it'd be a good idea for everyone to do a mini-Air Gear profile. We have a lot of new Air Gear fans and we're bound to get even more, so let's just fill out a small profile to help us get to know each other a bit better.

Favourite Moment/GOAT BAMF Moment:
Favourite Chapter:

Re: Air Gear: Hangout

Cool...an AG subforum

Re: Air Gear Hangout Thread

Oh hey, a subforum. That's pretty cool for Air Gear.
I'm not surprised it had one before but died. Also not surprised it's more popular now. Myself, I lost interest in Air Gear not long after the whole Tower/Sora revelations. Only recently thanks to the tournament (and Ringo!) did it pick up in my opinion.

let's just fill out a small profile to help us get to know each other a bit better.

Just put everything related to Ringo (SF, Sonia road etc) and you'll have my profile.
Fav chapter? 140 I guess. The whole Ikki versus Ringo fight is my fav part (though Ringo's confession is up there now).
As for the covers, I think I've missed a lot. Does someone know if there's an Air Gear artbook btw?

edit: I just noticed that useful covers thread. Covers 20, 22 and 23 look great.

Re: Air Gear: Hangout

is anime related to the manga??
i saw season1 of the anime...till this guy jumps over 35 meters or something.

if yes, please tell me how many chapters did those cover, i'll start after that.

Re: Air Gear: Hangout

my advice is that you read the manga from the start, I saw the anime a long way back but iirc the anime covers some chapters, skips a bunch, then covers some later chapters (anyone care to correct me if I'm mistaken?)..
I think you should check the manga anyway for Oh! Great's art

Re: Air Gear: Hangout

Much moments are differently. (especially beginning with Magaki) I advice you to read it from the start, too...
But If you must read it from end of Anime, you should read it from 104 chapter. (After Trident arc)

The anime doesn't do any justice to the manga...read from the beginning much better...but if you insist on reading after the devil 33, i think your looking for around the 80's

Re: Air Gear: Hangout

Hell yes!
Air Gear deserves to have its own section.
Happy Subforum Opening Day!
I knew it had one back then in 2006, but why was it closed? No matter, we have to keep this one alive and kicking
