I'm gonna start Kung Fu now because I lack the dicipline to work out as much as I need to.
Theres a beginners class fro age 16+ so at least I wont get beaten by 9yhr olds.
Going to be awesome tbh, haven't been in a group, working out and practicing for ages. And it's both strength and agility that you're boosting. And after the first year, if you pass and get graded you can choose a "weapon" to train with, and after that you get divided into groups o/ I'm so gonna use the sticks! ^^
After that, it doesn't matter how much muscles you have Arrogance, I'll beat you up with my wooden stick MWAHAHHA

Anywho I think I'm gonna go out and look for some good Resistance bands tomorrow, those should be good for me to take on vacation with me. I saw two REALLY good ones I'm gonna try and look for. Terrel Owen's (He's an NFL [American] Football player) Resistance bands and those seem to be a HQ set that can go up to 150 pounds with the combining of bands. Then theres one by Body By Jake that supposedly goes into the 200 pounds range. Both have door attachments so you can attach the bands to a door to do exercises like rows, decline benching, benching, etc. So anywho wish me luck in finding something
